  • This is 21st century going on and you may find people eating "obesity food".
  • In a survey, we came to know that people eating junk food are more sad then those who eats healthy and nutritious food.

  • So it's clear that junk food will later or sooner harm us.
  • Now let's discuss about it's disadvantages:-
  1. Harms teeth,
  2. Can lead to obesity,
  3. Can cause many cardiac disease like cholesterol,
  4. Makes feel lazy.
  • Also there are advantages of junk food but if we compare list of advantages and disadvantages of junk food then you will see that the list of disadvantages of these foods are more.
  • Nowadays people have started worrying about their health.
  • But,there are still some corners of world that don't know about disadvantages of these foods.

It is loss for it, because many foreign junk food and beverages company has invested in India and are so famous that people in India love eating eat.
But, sad to say that this makes our G.D.P. growth very slow.
Also it makes people sick.
So for best treatment they invade foreign.

4 FRENCH-FRIES

5 CHOCOLATES

6 and other items






Also, if you notice the expressions before eating junk food.
You will surprise with the results.
You have to expand 49.9632% more big mouth than you eat healthy food.
This is because the eager of eating more in less bite.

You can do this by eating healthy food rather eating junk food.
  • Schedule your eating:-
You should eat both healthy food and even junk food but junk food should be taken in proper amount.
